Wedding & Reception Details and Pricing

We can accommodate groups of 50 to a maximum of 200 guests

Chapel Inclusions:

  • Wedding Coordinator
  • A selection of pew decorations and floral decor
  • One hour rehearsal the day prior to your wedding
  • Bridal dressing room
  • Groom’s dressing room
  • Digital sound system with mixing board with wireless microphones and instrumental inputs

 

Reception Inclusions:

  • Tables and chairs to accommodate up to 200
  • Use of outdoor decks and porches with views of surrounding mountains, creek and occasional wildlife; deer, bear, coyote and fox
  • Reception Coordinator
  • Beautiful large stone fireplace
  • Hardwood dance floor
  • Digital sound system with mixing board with two wireless microphones
  • Pinecrest staff will perform all clean-up and tear-down at the end of the event time

 

Pricing

Monday - Friday and Sunday: $4,800
Saturday: $5,300
White, ivory and black tablecloths: $12 per table

Colored tablecloths: $15 per table

All tables, chairs and tablecloths are set up by Pinecrest personnel
